Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 CET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, over a weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched the next business day. Every piece goes through a quality check and is packed by hand before it ships.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

United States - $15 flat rate. FREE on orders over $100. Delivery 4-6 business days after dispatch.

European Union - EUR 10 flat rate. FREE on orders over EUR 100. Delivery 2-5 business days after dispatch.

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand - $20 flat rate. FREE on orders over $100. Delivery 5-8 business days after dispatch.

The free shipping threshold applies to your order subtotal after any discounts and before taxes. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Where We Ship From

All orders ship from our studio in Poland, European Union.

Customs and Import Duties

All import duties, taxes and customs handling fees are paid by us before your order leaves our studio. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay - there is nothing to settle with the courier or with customs when your parcel arrives. This applies to every country we ship to.

Tracking

As soon as your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Delays

During busy periods (holidays, sales) delivery may take slightly longer - we will always keep you updated on your order status.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We recommend an address where someone can receive the package. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
