Shipping policy

Order Processing

Every order goes through a careful quality check and is thoughtfully packaged before it ships. Standard processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Rates - United States

Standard shipping: $15. FREE shipping on all orders over $200.

Delivery usually takes 4-8 business days after processing, depending on your location and local carrier.

Tracking

As soon as your package ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

International Shipping

We also ship to selected international destinations. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Delays

During busy periods (holidays, sales) delivery may take slightly longer - we'll always keep you updated on your order status.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We recommend an address where someone can receive the package. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
